Common issues and their solutions.
Runner shows offline
Check outbound connectivity to the Center URL. Runners connect outward only — there is no inbound port to open.
Print stuck at "sent"
"Sent" means the job was queued to the printer but not yet acknowledged. Check printer status, cable/paper. If the printer is unreachable, the job stays in "sent" until resolved — it is not retried blindly.
Duplicate prints after reconnect
This should not happen. If it does, it is a bug — please report it via our security page. Idempotency keys prevent duplicates by design.
