Batch printing with CSV
One Excel or CSV file, many labels. The system maps the columns automatically — you just check them.
Prepare your file
The first row contains the column names. Example:

Upload the file
In the Print Center click Batch printing (CSV). Drag your file here or browse for it. The system shows the first rows as a preview.
Check the columns
The system suggests which column maps to which label field (auto detected). Check each mapping. If something doesn’t match, pick the correct field from the dropdown.
Quantity and copies
If there’s a column named menge, the system uses that number for each row. Otherwise enter a fixed number.
Print and watch
During printing you see a progress bar: how many labels are sent and how many are confirmed. You can cancel at any time — already-printed labels stay in the archive.
